PUBLIC COMMENT: Marguerite Sprague offered to report back to the Board after she attends a Western Black Bear Workshop in Canmore, Alberta, Canada in May discussing managing bears in socially diverse landscapes.

a. Priority Based Budgeting Workshop
1. Received a report on Priority Based Budgeting (PBB) as an approach to clearly align the distribution of County resources to prioritized programs and services, and provide any necessary direction.
b. Lake Tahoe Area Revenues and Expenditures – Tahoe Budget
1. Received a report on an analysis of Placer County Lake Tahoe area revenues and expenditures, the “Tahoe Budget.”
2. Reception – Hosted by the North Tahoe Public Utility District at The North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Boulevard, Kings Beach.
