Telecommunications Division

The Telecommunications Division provides comprehensive information technology (IT) services through several groups including; the Media Services Group providing state-of-the-art video and audio production services to County Departments; the Network Infrastructure Services Group for management of the data and wireless networks; the Telephone Services Group for management of the County's phone network, centralized voicemail system, call accounting system, and cable television franchise agreements; and the Radio Services Group for management of the County’s interoperable (P25) radio network, microwave systems, and telemetry (SCADA) network;

The group is led by Dieter Wittenberg, Information Technology Manager, and consists of the following teams:
