Medical Marijuana Ordinance
Assembly Bill No. 21 deletes a provision from existing law that grants the California Department of Food and Agriculture sole licensing authority for medical marijuana cultivation in local jurisdictions that have not enacted land use regulations or ordinances regulating or prohibiting the cultivation of marijuana, commencing March 1, 2016.
